Added a New Folder

Added a section for Flighty Smurf, since he only appeared in one episode.  Also, welcome all new members of our group.  I hope you guys are enjoying your stay.  For those who are wondering why Wooly isn't included, that's because he was in two episodes and this is a group meant for Smurfs who appeared in one episode only.  So yeah, Wooly does not count as a one-time Smurf.
